A. Shipping Policy

At DivineLink1, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We offer Free shipping to our United States Customers. However, the Rest of the world 🌎 Customer pay for the Shipping Cost according to their Delivery address.

Our Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping process, delivery times, and associated charges. Please review this information to better understand how we handle your orders.

1. Shipping Destinations. We currently ship to addresses within [United States and other Countries]. If you have any concerns about delivery to your location, please contact our customer support team.

2. Processing Time. We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Most orders are typically processed within 1 business day when the order is placed and fully paid.

3. Delivery time.

3.1 Orders within the United States and other North American Countries are delivered within 2-5 business days.

3.2 Orders Outside United States in this case, All other countries are Delivered within 3-14 business days, depending of your choice, Standard International (7-14 Business Days) or Expedited International shipping (3-5 business days)

3.3 We always do our best to deliver on time. Please it is important to Note that, Our Delivery Time excludes the Processing Time. In other words, Processing Time + Delivery Time equals the Estimated Delivery Time. Our Standard Processing time ranges from (Same day or the next day) or (0 – 1 day).

4. Shipping Methods and Charges: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value, destination, and chosen shipping method. You can view the shipping charges during the checkout process. 

5. Estimated Delivery Times.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times as stated above, and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or adverse weather conditions. However, we can assure you of the best in all situations to be prompt in our deliveries. 

6. Order Tracking; Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

7. Taxes and Customs. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. DIVINELINK is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Multiple Items in One Order. If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate shipping confirmations for each item.

9. Address Accuracy. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

B. Returns Policy

We always do our best to deliver per our customers product choices to minimize or avoid Returns entirely. However, if you urge to to return the product for genuine reasons, please pay attention to the following:

‎a. You need to return the product within 10 days after receiving it.

‎b. The product must be in the same good condition as you received it.

‎c. You need to pay the shipping cost.

‎d. Please send the tracking number to our customer service after Shipping the item(s).

C. Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
